We are a Taiwanese owned company. We’re establishing an online English teaching instruction school center, recruiting qualified professional English Instructors
Office Location: Metro Manila - Ortigas Center, Pasig City
Requirements:
- Bachelor or any qualification above.
- Major in English or English teaching related….etc
- TEFL/TESOL or CELTA certificate would be great
- Nationality: Filipino
- Experience: Over 2 years teaching experience with non native English speaker students
Job description:
- To be responsible for teaching activities planning and execution.
- Making the teaching goals, teaching scopes and teaching materials.
- Online class preparation and After class homework creation.
- Follow the teaching material and schedule and evaluate each student’s learning condition in order to do some positive adjustment
- Homework correction and examination assistance
- Customers Service and follow the regulation/police of the company
- Internet/Web document/information editing.
Work time: this is a job which would require work in shift time.
- Full time position:
08:00-17:00 or 15:00-00:00 as two different shift work time schedule.
You get 6 days off a month which would be scheduled in advance before the coming month starts.
Salary:
Basic monthly wage is P$5,000 up which it would depend on your qualification and experience. Bonus and the other subsidies.
P$50 for every teaching class you’ve taught & you get 40 teaching hours per month as the guaranteed teaching hours.
Any teaching hours which were arranged from 19:00~23:00 would add P$20 more on your original teaching rate.
- Part time position:
06:00-12:00 or 18:00-00:00(P$100 per each teaching class you’ve taught. )
Any teaching hours which were arranged from 06:00~08:00 & 19:00~23:00 would add P$20 on your original teaching rate.
