In coordination with the Executive Yuan's "The Strategies
and Objectives of e-Generation Manpower Cultivation" plan, and with a view
to developing an internationalized living environment, the Education Bureau of
Changhua County Government has set about hiring foreign teachers to teach
English at public schools since 2005.
To improve the quality of English teaching and students' English
proficiency for the further step,
Changhua
County invited Dewey
International Education Consultants to designed a series of teaching trainings
for foreign teachers to help them to approach the local culture and adapt
themselves to the new conditions.
