Due to relocating abroad we have placed our family home in Koashiung for rent. This is a large three bedroom apartment in the Gushan District, five minutes from the nearest KRT station and close to a nice park, bus routes and shopping. This is ideal for a family or persons sharing.
The apartment is on the third floor of a mid-size apartment block next door to 'Mamamia' the Italian styled restaurant. The security is excellent with full air-conditioning in each room, one balcony to the front and a separate studio room for study/work off the sitting room.
The apartment is fully furnished + washing machine with one double bed in each of the three bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, one en-suite to the master bedroom.
We welcome constructive rental prices from prospective tenants but would initially suggest that 18000 NTD for the whole apartment is suitable. The security and utilities will of course be extra. Should three people wish to share we can discuss prices per room, etc.
My mother-in-law can arrange a viewing at any time.
