The Chinese Language Program (CLP) was started by the Language Center at National Central University (NCU) in 2001 and has already earned itself an outstanding reputation in the field. The core responsibilities of the program are to teach foreign students and non-native speakers Chinese as a second language and to help deepen their understanding of Chinese culture.
